Put Soya bean ball in boiled water and keep a side for fifteen minutes. Take little oil on pressure cooker and heat it, put 4-5 spoon coriander powder and heat it when colour turned it in to light brown put a small spoon of turmeric powder and red chilly powder.
Now take garlic ginger paste and chopped onions and fry it, when it turns dark brown colour, sliced tomatoes and fry it till properly mixed.
Piece peeled potatoes and mix it with fried masala and soya bean balls, pour little water and salt close the lid and pressure cook it for 3 to 4 whistle.
Taste it with White rice or chapatis.
