Time Pass cooking......






Take 2 cups of Tur dal, wash and rinse it, take a large size potato peel off the skin, pressure cook both the items and keep aside........


Take 3 to 4 tomatoes, cut it into two slices, 3 chopped onions, 3 green chilly,coriander leaves, garlic and ginger paste..

                                           

Coriander powder, turmeric powder, oil, salt and red chilly powder......


Take some oil in pressure cooker and heat it.. put coriander powder, turmeric powder, green chilly, chopped onion, garlic ginger paste and fry till it become brown colour.


 Put sliced tomato, cooked dal,and potato, salt to taste, red chilly powder and cook for ten minutes.....


 Now sprinkle chopped coriander leaves now Dal is ready........ I had just tried and tested it........ feels sleeeeeeepy..... you try and comment....
